  I went to see Richard after being recommended by a friend. I had very tight shoulders due to stress at work and poor posture. Richard used massage and acupuncture and although my neck and back felt sore after the treatment they felt much looser and less painful within about 36 hours. He was very thorough and explained what he was doing at each stage during the treatment. I will return when my neck stiffens up again and will be recommending Richard to friends.
